1. Shipping within Germany

Shipping is free of charge within Germany. For international orders outside of Germany, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply depending on the destination country.

2. Delivery Times

The average delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Returns and Costs

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.
During this period, you may inspect and test the product as you would in a physical 
store to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Please note that if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, 
a deduction may be applied due to any resulting loss in value.

submission, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.
Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

4. Legal Compliance & Risk

In accordance with § 475 BGB, the risk of transport remains with us until the goods are delivered to the consumer. We also strictly comply with VerpackG (Packaging Act) and BattG (Battery Act) for all e-bike and accessory shipments, ensuring eco-friendly and safe transport.
