Leasing Process Step by Step

Choose your bike, submit your leasing application, and receive it at home after approval. We will guide you through each step and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • 1. Reservation & Offer Approval

    Choose your model and accessories, then start your leasing application in the cart. We will confirm your order and prepare your leasing offer for your provider.

  • 2. Validation

    So that you can use your new bicycle as soon as possible, we ask you to promptly complete the steps for offer validation that we will send you after your order.

  • 3. Approval by Employer & Leasing Provider

    After your confirmation, your application will first be reviewed by your employer and then approved by the responsible leasing provider.

  • 4. Shipping

    As soon as we have received the approval, we will send your bicycle along with the chosen accessories directly to your home. You will then receive an email with the shipment tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery at all times.

  • 5. Takeover

    If you are satisfied with your leased bicycle, please confirm the takeover in the corresponding portal. Please note: once the takeover confirmation has been sent, it is no longer possible to reverse the order.

  • 6. Lease Start
